ResiCom Services, originally Carroll Development, began in 2006 with a focus on building specialty houses in the Tri-Cities. As the business grew, we gained valuable knowledge in customizing homes to suit our clients’ visions and bringing those visions to life. Over time, we’ve expanded our efforts to offer a wide range of services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Many contractors have the mindset of how fast they can get the job done and how much money they make, but this is not ResiCom’s model. Our culture is founded upon growth and collaboration. We take pride in being trustworthy and efficient, treat each home as if it were our home, and get the job done right the first time.

Meet Our Owner

Since childhood, Randy Caroll has had an innate ability to work with his hands. He constantly took toys apart and put them back together. This love of construction, combined with years of experience and training, has led Randy to operate a one-of-a-kind new construction and remodeling business in the Tri-Cities area.

Randy is a man of faith and family. He is married to Stacie, and they have three children: Christopher, Matthew, and Kimberly. Together they attend Calvary Church, where Randy is a musician in the worship band.
